Being a realistic man I know that I can’t stand around on ceremony or for the sake of nostalgia when it comes to software on my system. Software moves so quickly that if I miss an opportunity to upgrade software then I’m missing an opportunity to get behind the pack and start to trail. So it is with Ares filesharing software which evolves at a truly astonishing rate.
It wasn’t so long ago that the only feasible version of Ares to own was Ares Galaxy. Unfortunately Ares Galaxy didn’t move with the times and the ‘upstarts’ that it spawned learnt how to do things faster and better. They become a much better choice than that offered by the original.
I’m ready to change now (this is why I’m discussing this!) and I’ve found that it is easy to become confused by the multitude of options available to the casual file sharer. Fortunately I have found that the honest and forthright reviews on OfficialAres.com are good enough to help make the decision about what version of Ares to get an easy one.
I went with Ares Vista in the end which, along with Ares Ultra and Ares Ultimate, seemed to be by far the best option for me. Ares Vista pipped the others at the post and I’m now a happy man!
