Sure you can spam his comments page hoping he reads it but that's not the correct way to contact a website owner. I think everybody can put en email in the footer of the index. It's not that hard.</description>

You don't have to go to the extent of hacking his blog. Rather you can write to him using comments window, which will be there in (almost) all of his posts.</description>
