There are around 500 people constantly in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum doing business online and if you’re not there, you’re missing out some great deals.

While SitePoint is known for serious business deals that go in thousands of dollars, DigitalPoint is more suited for people with lower budgets such as 1000$ and below. I’m not saying you can’t sell or buy products worth thousands of dollars on DigitalPoint but the chances are low because people don’t have that much money there, you have SitePoint for such auctions where just placing an ad costs you 20$.

There are many people on DP who like to trade things or services, give them free of charge or set up a contest. I’ve found many ebooks there which I got for free in exchange for a review and I have exchanged stumbles, diggs and technorati favorites, some great deals can be found there. Looking for VCCs? No problem. Looking for US bank account? No problem. Looking for PP2MB2Egold exchange? No problem. Ah, there’s even a guy that loans money with zero interests!

Just like anywhere else you should watch out for scammers but to sum it up, DigitalPoint marketplace is really great for doing business since you can find all kinds and sorts of people there.
