This is a series of five short posts about writing good linkbait articles. I could have put it all into one post but that would be too big for a blog so I decided to split it to five parts.

Articles are ultimate traffic generators that drive traffic long time after you’ve published them but do you know how to properly write linkbait articles? You don’t need to be a scientist to write an article, anybody can do that, just use your own words and choose a topic you won’t have problems finding readers for. I’ll show you how to write linkbait articles in five easy steps:

4. Summarize
It’s time to bring your article to the end. So far we have learned how to choose a good linkbait title, how to introduce your article, how to structure your content and now we will learn the important part of closing your article. It’s not enough to just say “dear reader, this is all for today, see you tommorow”, this part is as important as the other four parts because you direct your reader’s attention towards an action. This action is what most bloggers offer to their visitors regulary, but unfortunatly, with no big success.

It’s important to summarize your entire post to few sentences describing all the benefits your article provides and then make them take an action. This can be anything. You can offer your visitors RSS subscription, free ezine or a product. It can be anything but you better market it good. With a good linkbait article you have a chance to sell whatever you want so don’t waste the opportunity.

Good way to close your article is to show them how good it is whatever you have to offer, make them feel they can’t live without your product and show them what they’re missing. Use closing sentences like this one - “As you could see yourself, solving this problem is very easy with the provided solution and doing it step-by-step every day will definitly lead your to success and if your time is precious, you should really start now”. Convice people your product is exactly what they need to complete a specific task. Ofcourse it doesn’t have to be a product, you can offer free ebooks, links exchange, free reviews…anything you like and it’s worth marketing.
