How To Write Linkbait Articles - Part 3 of 5

This is a series of five short posts about writing good linkbait articles. I could have put it all into one post but that would be too big for a blog so I decided to split it to five parts.

Articles are ultimate traffic generators that drive traffic long time after you’ve published them but do you know how to properly write linkbait articles? You don’t need to be a scientist to write an article, anybody can do that, just use your own words and choose a topic you won’t have problems finding readers for. I’ll show you how to write linkbait articles in five easy steps:

3. The body section
The body of the whole article represents what your readers have been reading about in the first two parts so it’s very important not to dissapoint them with crap post. If you tell people you’re going to show them what they haven’t seen before and then you show the crap, they’ll take your blog as a scam and probably won’t come back even if you write good articles in the future because first impression is what counts the most. Deliver your promise and give them quality content. The content structure can be split into two parts:

- P->S, P->S
This is called Problem->Solution, Problem->Solution and it represents your core content as a system of showing the problem and right after that a solution. If you split your content this way it can be easier for a reader to find what he’s looking for and not loose his precious time browsing tons of text. Put your problems into paragraphs and bold or highlight the core of the problem so it’s visible what you’re trying to present. This is often used when your article is about tips & tricks or a step-by-step tutorial explaining the topic in more details.

- P->P…S->S…
This method is called Problem->Problem…Solution->Solution...and it means that you split your content in two parts. First part should explain everything possible about the problem your readers may face and in the second part you should offer solutions to problems mentioned above. This method is perfect for middle-long articles talking about one certain problem following many aspects of the mentioned problem and then providing the solution at the end.

Remember that the body part is supposed to be juicy and full or good stuff you have promised to deliver so take as much time as neccessary to compile a quality article that is going to blow your reader’s mind off saying “wow, this is exellent”. If you do this right, people will come back for more but never lie to them or promise something you can’t deliver because you’ll loose readers this way. I know not everybody can be a proffesional writer but it’s better to be sincere and amateur than pretend to be pro and full of crap.

Tommorow we will close our linkbait article. Stay tuned.
