I can testify to the mass amounts of traffic StumbleUpon can send you. My [URL=http://www.avgjoeblogger.com/general/the-stumble-karma-experiment/]Stumble Karma[/URL] post got stumbled by quite a few people and I got about 10,000 visits in a few days. I’m still receiving stumbles for that post.

I’ve also got a bit of [URL=http://www.avgjoeblogger.com/link-lovin/join-the-stumbleupon-link-train/StubleUpon Link Train[/URL] going on that was started by Darin Carter.

Don’t forget you can BUY stumbleupon traffic from stumbleupon themselves, for $0.10 a visitor. I’d use this to create an initial buzz, then if the article is good enough, it will often take off by itself without having to spend any more of the little green men.

You’ve got 30 new RSS subscribers from Stumble in one day? Are you kidding me? I’ve got like 30K uniques from stumble in the last month, and very few new subscribers. I doubt there was any coming from there.

Actually, all the studies show up that stumble traffic doesn’t click ads, doesn’t subscribe and is hard to catch. If you’ve not made them interested in the first 5-10 seconds, they’re gone..
