Boosting Your Promotion With Freebies

Instead of begging people to come over you should make people want to come over. This is a simple yet very effective trick for boosting your promotion but it’s also an art because most people don’t do this despite the fact it can be done by anyone. Perhaps it’s so obvious they don’t even think about it, but it’s their loss.

People love free things, period. Actually people really love free things and a successful marketer could make people order dog crap online as long as they get something and don’t have to give anything in return. Yep, that’s people. It’s funny but instead of laughing you should take advantage of it and drive some serious traffic. So what’s up with freebies? A freebie could be anything actually as long as it’s free. Be sure to stress that! People seriously digg:

- Ebooks
- Templates
- Software
- Scripts

Your freebie should depend on your niche and your title should be a linkbait. If you’re into money making business write a short ebook about making money online called “How to make 100$ in a month using only your website”, don’t use web 1.0 titles like “make money online”, those don’t work anymore. You have to be more detailed nowdays because once general topic groups have split into many smaller targeted groups and you can get to them only by targeting their market. Use your imagination. Any type of a freebie is good whether it be a wordpress theme, flash template, social bookmarking script or just a simple wallpaper. You’re not limited to just those four mentioned a minute ago. You can also offer your visitors a free domain, a t-shirt , a USB stick…the list goes on. People will grab anything, be creative.

If you have something to offer be sure to notice me, if your product or a service can help my readers solve their problems I’ll be more than happy to review it on my blog.

I’ve got a lot of links and lots of visitors on my sites using free stuff. But, the thing you’re offering really has to be useful to others. The better it is the better it will go.
